Webber is one of the main road construction companies in the State of Texas (United States), specializing in the construction of civil work infrastructures and a leader in the production and distribution of recycled aggregates. Acquired by Ferrovial in 2005, the company generated 412.6 million euros revenues in 2009, with a backlog of 1,039 million euros.

In addition to the above-mentioned North Tarrant Express Highway, the largest contract in the company’s history, the Company was awarded other major road contracts in Texas, such as the SH121 in Tarrant County for 78 million euro, or the US183A contract in Williamson County for 53 million euro.
