The data which you supply will be treated in the strictest confidence. In accordance with the provisions of Spain's Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, FERROVIAL, S.A. will include that personal data in a file whose creation will be notified to the Data Protection Agency.

The party responsible for that file will be FERROVIAL, S.A., with domicile at Príncipe de Vergara,135, 28002 Madrid; you will be able to access that file and exercise your right to rectify, cancel or object to the data as provided by current law, using any of the company's communications channels.

FERROVIAL, S.A. asks you to authorise the treatment of your data as described above. Nevertheless, if you do not want your data to be processed in this way, you may notify the company by any of the indicated channels. If, within thirty calendar days from the date of submission, you do not express objections to your data appearing in such a file, FERROVIAL, S.A. will understand that you consent to your data being processed as described above. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, FERROVIAL, S.A. (hereinafter, FERROVIAL) informs that:

1. The personal information you provide on this Website will be incorporated into a file owned by FERROVIAL and registered in the Spanish General Data Protection Registry. The purpose of this file is to facilitate the management of Website Users, to provide requested services and, in general, to manage, develop and fulfill the relationship between FERROVIAL and those who provide their personal data via the Website.

You guarantee that the data provided is true, exact, complete and current, and you accept liability for any harm, direct or indirect, that may arise as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
