(Ferrovial) Health & Safety Policy

Performing all our activities with a high level of Health and Safety is a fundamental objective of us and it is essential, since it affects the Health and Safety and the welfare of all of us who work.

Principles we need to consider in our actions:

• Health and Safety is a basic activity which, under no circumstances, will be subordinate to any other requirement, and it is a constantly improving process. It is a task in which we must all participate together: administration, companies and workers.
• We must incorporate aspects connected with Health and Safety in our actions so that they help us to comply with the demands that legal regulations and other requirements adopted by the organisation impose on us and which must be fully adopted by all of us.
• We must plan, organize, coordinate and establish suitable monitoring of Health and Safety in all our job sites as an integral part of general planning, as established in current regulations.
• We have to assess the risks in all our centres. Particularly, we must have the mandatory Health and Safety Plan in all our projects and ensure correct compliance with it.
• Before starting work in every centre, we have to analyse the Health and Safety policy and use it effectively to achieve the shared objective of "eliminating incidents".
• The Health and Safety Team must advise at all times, answer any questions that arise and collaborate in the implementation of the programmes established pursuant to the Health and Safety Plan.
• A high level of Health and Safety is an unquestionable mark of image and quality for the company. It represents yet another reason for all of us to try our hardest to reach this objective.

The Health and Safety Policy is disseminated to the company's personnel via the "Ferronet" internal computer network.

This policy will be put in places where workers can see it in temporary or mobile job sites.
