In 2009, the company successfully bid for several important contracts such as the extension of Line 9 of the Madrid Metro to Mirasierra for MINTRA (104 million euros in a 50% Joint Venture), the Alcores tunnel in Seville for Junta de Andalucía (96 million euro in a 50% Joint Venture), the Venta de Baños Junction in Plasencia for ADIF (72 million euro), Pamplona Prison for the Penitentiary Institutions and Equipment State Company (67 million euro in a Joint Venture at 75%), the Pisuerga–Valveni section of the AVE for ADIF (48 million euro), and Reus Central Station for the Directorate General of Railway Infrastructures (47 million euro).

In addition, there have been several projects successfully launched, notably the Cerceda-Meirama section of the high-speed railway, the A-40 section between Noblejas–Villarubia, and the AP-1 highway Vitoria–Eibar (Section Arlaban–Eskoriatza north), the New Terminal at Barcelona Airport, the City of Justice in Barcelona, the “Tres Mares” High Resolution Hospital in Reinosa, the Research and Advanced Studies Centre in Vitoria and the new National Court premises in Madrid.
