Assessment

Ferrovial has proven and established skills assessment procedures adapted to its different departments. The assessment procedures enable us to align our employees with the Organisation, improve present and future performance, encourage collaboration between management and collaborators as well as to guide professional development.

Practically all permanent personnel in Spain take part in these performance review procedures.

Training and Development

As a result of the assessment procedures, an Individual Development Plan is defined for each professional that includes the actions designed to fulfil their development needs: Induction Programs, Skills workshops, Technical Training Courses, Language Programmes or Assignments focusing on professional growth.
