(Ferrovial) Stakeholders

In order to fulfill expectations and contribute value to Ferrovial's Stakeholders, first we need to classify them. This classification derives from an analysis of the different Ferrovial areas and businesses. The company has endeavored to bring together groups with the same expectations, differentiated from the rest, with respect to the company.

This includes both those groups who are part of the company’s value chain (shareholders, employees, investors, customers and suppliers) known as internal stakeholders, and those which Ferrovial considers to be partners in business development, known as external stakeholders, namely, administrative authorities and governments, communications media, analysts, the business sector, unions, the Third Sector and society in general, beginning with the local communities where the company carries out its corporate activity.
