A series of communication channels have been set up on an ongoing basis in response to the expectations and requirements of stakeholders in order to discover their concerns.
There are a number of multi-stakeholder channels of communication:
- Corporate website, on which updated information can be obtained pertinent to the different stakeholder profiles.
- Corporate communication through specialized and generalized communications media able to reach all members of the public who are interested in the company.
- Online Annual Report designed to present the annual balance of the company to various stakeholders with information on the company activities, results, milestones and goals, based on material issues identified in terms of the various Stakeholders.
