Managing talent

Talent management is a strategic priority and seeks to identify the best professionals within and outside of the organization. Internally this is carried out by the implementation of a performance evaluation system capable of measuring the contribution of each member organization.

During 2008, the assessment was extended to 68.2% of employees. Externally, this has been achieved through screening programs that only allow the most qualified professionals in the market to join to company.
