Ferrovial is one of the 73 companies certified as Top Employers Spain 2016. It obtained this award for the sixth consecutive year for carrying out, during the last year, a series of measures and best practices, in order to ensure the best internal talent is attracted and retained. Meanwhile, the company has also promoted a good working environment through different actions resulting from the 2015 Human Resources Survey.

Top Employers certification is awarded to those companies that, after having passed a demanding analytical process audited by an external consultant, prove to have an HR strategy that guarantees a differential value offering for its employees.

Ferrovial provides exceptional working conditions

This certificate proves once again that Ferrovial provides exceptional working conditions, encourages the attraction, retention and engagement of talent at all levels and positions itself as one of the leading companies in the management of Human Resources. Ferrovial employees also support the policies that the company has developed, and this is shown in the latest Human Resources Survey in which 79% of respondents said they would recommend working at Ferrovial.

“We are proud to receive this award as it confirms our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent by offering a project that challenges every day through differential learning in decision-making and assuming controlled risk, within a solid, solvent and responsible company that is a benchmark,” highlighted Maria Dionis, General Manager of HR.

Salvador Ibáñez, Country Manager of Top Employers Institute in Spain, believes that “only companies that offer excellent conditions for developing their employees can meet these parameters.” “We have also found that flexibility, mobility and diversity are consolidated as three of the top priorities of the talent strategy,” said Ibáñez.

The Top Employers Institute

Since 1991, The Top Employers Institute (formerly known as The CRF Institute) globally certifies those companies that offer the best working conditions, grow, develop talent across all levels of the organisation and constantly strive to improve their employment policies. Since its was set up, The Top Employers Institute has developed a proprietary methodology currently used in over 65 countries on all continents.
