Did you know that the North Tarrant Express<\/a> constructed by Ferrovial Agroman<\/a> and managed by Cintra<\/a> is one of America\u2019s most innovative and complex road building projects? This state of the art project was completed back in October 2014, a whole 9 months ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n

To give you the breakdown on the road-the NTE is a 13.5 mile highway<\/strong> in the\u00a0 Dallas-Fort Worth area<\/a> in North Texas. The highway improves mobility along a series of highways which are vital to the region, including the IH-820 and the SH 121\/183.<\/p>\n

Not only is the project a complex one from a design and construction<\/strong> point of view, it has also had a fundamental role in revitalizing<\/strong> the local economy. The project created around 2,000 jobs<\/strong> in North Texas and also involved a number of the area\u2019s small businesses<\/strong> as well as contactors, suppliers and vendors.<\/p>\n
