    IRB is a leading toll road developer and operator in the Indian market, having developed the country’s first Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) concession. Cintra has acquired 24.9% of the company for \u20ac369M through a preferential share issue.<\/p>\n \n\n\n

    As a result, we are now a significant minority shareholder with representation on the company\u2019s Board of Directors. Our objective is to support the company\u2019s development and share its extensive international experience in managing toll roads and analyzing new investment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We contribute with our know-how as a company, to improve and optimize processes such as: ESG, Health Satefy & Wellbeing Policies. As well as improving the operation and maintenance processes. Optimize the performance of the assets and enhance the creation of value for the company, as well as to advise on strategic decision making. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
