    The ShuttleX Intrapreneurship Program<\/h2>\n\n\n

    ShuttleX is an intrapreneurship program to surmount our challenges through the creation of multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n \n\n\n

    This is the intrapreneurship program connected to the company to surmount challenges through the creation of multidisciplinary teams<\/strong>. By appealing to internal talent, we work from idea creation to obtaining validated prototypes <\/strong>to be activated by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Various teams made up of professionals from different areas pursue the Lean Startup <\/em>process to develop tangible business models, which are presented to Management Committee<\/a> at the end of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It also includes participation by mentors <\/strong>who accompany each team in the development of the project with two objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
