<\/p>\n    \n\n\n<p>The project included\nfour new flocculation and sediment basins, seven new filters, blower systems,\ntransfer and backwash waste pump stations, installation of an upgraded SCADA\nsystem and site security system and main plant entrance, a new 13.4 MG precast\nGST, two new 100 ft. dia. thickeners, and new sample pump buildings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project was awarded\nthe Associated Builders and Contractors Certificate of Merit for Excellence in\nConstruction in 2011.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/m-wysiwig>\n\n\n    <m-gallery :translations='{\n
