It involved reconstructing the existing carriageway and constructing a second one.\n<\/p>\n    \n\n\n<p>Nelson Bay Road is a State Road and <strong>the main arterial link connecting Newcastle to Williamtown and the Tomaree Peninsula<\/strong>.
