This rainwater is first collected and channelled through the various drainage elements installed above ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the environmental advantages of using drainage cells\nare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduction in timeframes and costs involved in channelling rainwater towards the regular sanitation network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction in treatment costs, due to the lower volumes of water supplied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduced risk of flooding and overflowing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provision of new water resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced drainage of garden areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced landscape integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, the use of drainage cell tanks enables <strong>natural water aquifers to be replenished<\/strong>, and avoids the channelling of water to sanitation networks, with the subsequent cost savings derived from not having to treat the water.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/m-wysiwig>\n\n\n
