<p class=\"intro\">This architectually-innovative complex includes a restaurant, a 44-room hotel, a museum and an enology library.<\/p>\n    \n\n\n<p>The<strong> Marqu\u00e9s de Riscal hotel<\/strong>, located in Elciego, in the province of \u00c1lava, was built by our subsidiary brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en-gb\/f-construction\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Ferrovial Construction<\/a> between 2003 and 2006. It was designed by prestigious Canadian architect<strong> Frank Gehry<\/strong>. He created curved shapes with complex geometry made up of metallic materials\u2014in this case, gold and red anodised titanium, and mirror finish stainless steel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A peculiar feature of the project is that the hotel is built on top of one of the winery\u2019s old cellars.
