Senior Vice President Corporate Relations – Acting President Webber Commercial
Atul is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry. After earning a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Louisiana Tech University, Atul began building his career from the ground up. His experience is specialized in commercial and waterworks construction using all types of contracting methods and has constructed more than $1B in projects across Texas throughout his career. He is past chairman of the Bellaire Building Standards Commission and is involved with many industry organizations including TXWIN, AGC, HCA, and AWWA.
Francisco Paz León
Executive Vice President
Francisco has more than 20 years of global commercial construction experience. He has been instrumental in the procurement and development of about $4.2 billion in construction projects. He is responsible for managing operations, strategic planning and excels in project management, risk analysis, quality control management to ensure successful project completion. Francisco has an degree in Architecture from the University of Madrid, as well as a Master degree in Territorial Policy and Urban Planning from University Carlos III of Madrid. He also completed the ESADE Business School’s Global Management Program and Strategic Management Program.
Mitchell has 30 years of experience with expertise in medical, office and retail construction. He is responsible for overall construction management. Management role includes: LEED accreditation, client relations, cost control, estimating, value engineering, systems analysis, quality control, project coordination, safety, expediting, negotiations, purchasing and scheduling.
David has more than 16 years of experience in the construction business within the Ferrovial group. He has experience in schools, airport logistics centers, senior housing, residential, office buildings, medical and historical renovations. During his career, he has successfully completed all the projects in which he has participated, providing benefits to the company and building strong relationships with his clients and the partnered architectural firms.
Robert has 28 years of construction experience. He is responsible for managing the full construction process and excels in project development, production, contract negotiations and coordinating purchasing activities. Robert has experience with a wide range of projects, including hospitality, industrial, office buildings, healthcare, retail, educational facilities and high-rise structures.
Garth Hammett has 15 years of construction experience – 14 of those with Webber Commercial. He has managed construction on laboratory, university, wastewater and K-12 projects and his expertise includes building layout and establishing project site controls. Garth graduated from Texas A & M University with a Construction Science degree.
Director of Business Development
Sergio Grado has over 28 years in the construction industry as a business owner and advocate for community awareness. He has served on several local and State boards involved with conservation, affordability and efficiency. He is a Nationally Awarded Master Builder and has been featured on the Discovery Channel.
Brandi has 12 years of cost accounting experience- including five years with Webber. She is responsible for managing the operational accounting for Commercial division, including monthly analysis of project financials, quarterly budget review and forecasting, cash flow analysis, and overall financial support for the division.
Pete has more than 28 years of estimating and preconstruction experience within the construction industry. He is responsible for pricing, budgeting and value enhancements through preconstruction while collaborating with the project team.
Fran has 18 years’ experience in design and construction with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) trades for international projects including airports, high-rise, hospitals, residential, schools, jails and other commercial buildings. He is responsible for managing the MEP department starting at the estimating phase, value engineering, contract negotiation, field coordination thru the testing and commissioning.
Tracy has 27 years of construction experience with Webber Commercial. He is responsible for maintaining our safety culture, developing project-specific safety plans, safety training and ensuring compliance with standards. Webber Commercial is celebrating its second accident-free year.
