    Traditionally, business strategies are built on past experience, extrapolating them into the future. But this focus is not very useful when we face an uncertain reality. <\/p>\n \n\n\n

    With the goal of taking advantage of disruptive changes, we have launched our own business laboratory<\/strong>: Venture Lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Its mission is to design and build new business models<\/strong> in areas where, due to the high degree of uncertainty, it is necessary to apply an agile focus based on market exploration and experimentation before the model can be scalable.
