Wellbeing Awards 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe rewarding and recognizing excellence is a fundamental part of building a positive and trusted corporate culture and supports the implementation of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year we launched the second annual&nbsp;<strong>Health, Safety and Wellbeing Awards<\/strong><strong>, which recognizes people and projects <\/strong>that have made our workplaces healthier and safer during 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We received a record number of nominations: 250 compared to 151 received last year. <strong>Finalists<\/strong> for best leader, best team and the best innovative solution in health, safety and wellbeing of 2021 will be announced in May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"84\" class=\"wp-image-222147\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards.png\" alt=\"health-and-safety-awards\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards.png 919w, https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards-768x430.png 768w, https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards-640x360.png 640w, https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards-320x180.png 320w, https:\/\/static.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/11083746\/hsw-awards-114x64.png 114w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the <strong>250 entries<\/strong> received this month, 187 were from Construction; 40 from Highways; 22 from Corporate and 1 from Airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By&nbsp;<strong>category<\/strong>, 136 were received for Individual Leader; 82 for Best Team and 32 for Best Innovative Solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nominations by country:<\/strong> Spain &#8211; 67 nominations; United Kingdom &#8211; 53; United States &#8211; 48; Poland &#8211; 31; Chile &#8211; 25; Portugal &#8211; 7; Canada and Ireland &#8211; &nbsp;5 each; Australia &#8211; 3; Colombia and France \u2013 2 each;
