This includes the reconstruction of Highway US 290 in Houston, from east of W. Little York to west of Pinemont. The existing section of US 290 consists of 7 lanes while new configuration will include six travel lanes and one auxiliary lane in each direction, as well as reconstructed, two lane frontage roads.
