partnership (P3) that transformed 22.5 miles of I-66 in Northern Virginia into a multimodal corridor to improve mobility, safety, and travel options.<\/p>\n<p>The project spans from I-495\/Capital Beltway to Route 29 in Gainesville, executed under a 50-year DBFOM agreement between VDOT and I-66 Express Mobility Partners (Cintra, Meridiam, APG).<br \/><br \/>With a $3.7 billion investment, including a $579 million concession fee, it funded 16 additional infrastructure projects at no cost to taxpayers.<br \/><br \/>Completed ahead of schedule in Fall 2022, it delivers long-term economic, operational, and social benefits, focusing on moving more people&mdash;not just more cars.<\/p>                <\/div>\n                                <\/div>\n        <div William Counties.<\/p>\n<p>Over $600,000 contributed to causes supporting: STEM education (camps, labs, maker spaces, teracher grants), food security (weekend food packs), child welfare (clothing kits) and public safety, environmental stewardship and veteran support<\/p>\n<p>66 Express OTB corridor has improved travel efficiency and capacity: 20% increase in people throughput, 11% increase in highway volume, peak speeds: 68 mph (express lanes), 50 mph (general-purpose lanes)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Travel time reduced by 57%:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Express lanes: 19 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>General-purpose
