Our team partnered with the city of Abilene, now in their 12th year of drought, through a construction manager at risk delivery project to address their local crisis. The city needed a construction manager that could upgrade both major wastewater treatment and advanced water treatment technologies and get the plant fully commissioned in about half the time traditionally required.
