class=\"description\" slot=\"description\">\n                    <p>I-77 Express is a public-private partnership between the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and I-77 Mobility Partners. In 2015 before the start of construction, drivers needed about 45 minutes during morning or evening rush hour to drive from Charlotte to Mooresville.
