Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Lead Author/Bid Writing services on forthcoming PQQs and Tenders (subject to timely client release of documents).
- Ensure responses are produced to a high standard and quality, taking into account the full question is being answered and the scoring criteria followed and applied.
- Ensure effective engagement with subject matter experts (SME) in relation to gathering response information/evidence and ensuring adherence to deadlines (internal and client).
- Ensure the full suite of client documents associated with the PQQ/Tender have been read and understood.
- Ensure content provided by SMEs is appropriately challenged and escalated to the appropriate person within the bid team if the SME is under delivering.
- Ensure the responses produced are optimised to score the highest marks possible.
- Working closely with bid directors, BD directors, bid managers, technical leads and field specialists to develop key messages, themes, approaches and innovative / value-added concepts
- Working with external specialists/writers and working directly with clients, if required
- Support other Business Development related tasks such as BD related marketing collateral and/or master case study/evidence gathering activity
- Analyze requirements and ensure that all proposals meet requirements

Job Qualifications:

About the role:
We are looking for an IT applications specialist preferably with experience in implementations of Workiva ESG or Archer GRC to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of applications for various corporate areas, such as the Legal Departments of different business units and the General Secretariat, Quality and Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Digital Area, and Internal Communication, as well as other areas of the organization. - Managing the projects’ hydrology and hydraulics including flood risk studies, cross and longitudinal drainage design, and storm water management;

- Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Contribute to the development and delivery of policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure Ferrovial complies with regulations and best practices.
- Contract Management: Be involved in negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract with the client once the bid proposal is accepted. Discuss and agree on aspects such as delivery schedules, payments and contractual clauses.
- Bid Solicitation, Request for Proposal & Tender Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on aspects of bid request for proposal or tender project requirements and write specifications for tenders. Perform opportunity analysis with the objective of understanding the offer and being able to present the correct documentation. Ensure that bids are submitted in a timely manner, meeting all required specifications and deadlines.

About the role:
A network Technical Project Manager is a holistic thinker who drives and evolves a complex technical vision with their deep knowledge of communications and infrastructures. Able to straddle business and technical concerns creates options and solutions that address business needs and longer-term strategic concerns.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong technical knowledge in the network and infrastructure domains that can establish technical evolution and operating models that will support business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Define network technical evolution in coordination with Cloud, Security and Architecture and Data.
- Define and validate the evolution of Ferrovial secure communications services integrating cutting-edge technologies (SD-WAN, SD-Branch, NAC, Security, SASE, 5G, satellite …) and business needs (IoT, unified comms…)
- Manage service providers to ensure high-quality standards.
- Establish world-class standards to deliver consistent, high-quality global network services and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity area ensuring compliance with Security policies and standards.
- Ensure optimal performance and security of global communications through advanced monitoring.
- Manage communication with the different stakeholders for adequate monitoring of results and business information.

Qualifications:
- University degree: Master's degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar).

Gestión preventiva

Organizar la gestión preventiva del contrato según la evaluación de riesgos y la planificación específica de la obra.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa en materia de seguridad y salud.
Planes y procedimientos

Elaborar y mantener actualizado el Plan de Seguridad y Salud.

Desarrollar procedimientos de trabajo seguro e instrucciones técnicas.

Actualizar periódicamente la evaluación de riesgos.
Control y supervisión

Realizar inspecciones periódicas en la obra para verificar condiciones seguras.
