Misión

The Vertiports BP Project Manager reporting to the Head of Business Plan will focus on the business plan and technical aspects of the vertiports in all the regions targeted by Ferrovial Vertiports’ for the development of Advanced Air Mobility infrastructure networks. As this is an exciting new venture, the candidate selected for the role must possess a high degree of motivation to develop new concepts, establish new relationships and solve complex technical problems.

Funciones

Functions:
• Identification of candidate cities and potential routes to be part of the network for a selected geographic region.
• Support to develop long term business plans for the network of vertiports to set out goals, objectives and actions plans that drive day –to-day operation and management of the vertiport. The business plan will include Traffic, Revenues, Opex and Capex.
• Study and analyze the technical and operational variables associated with the project typology which impact the financial model.
• Evaluation of the addressable market for the AAM service in terms of demographics, actual trips and existing transport network.
• Support the demand modeling and forecasting of the AAM service, continuously upgrading and enhancing the demand assessment methodology and models.
• Give support to the Development / Operations / Construction teams in technical aspects of vertiports site selection (airspace, demand, layout, capacity, etc.).

Requirements:
• Experience in the US environment.
• Native or Full professional proficiency in English.
• University engineering degree in airport planning or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in airport planning, demand forecasting and business planning.
• Post-Graduate degree in finance will be highly valued.
• Prior experience in the transport consultancy industry and / or in an airport.
• Availability to travel is essential.
