Ferrovial has entered an exclusivity agreement with Carlyle Group to negotiate the purchase of its stake in New Terminal One (NTO), a consortium in charge of designing, constructing and running the new terminal JFK in New York.
Ferrovial Construction US would perform a Project Management Office role and in anticipation for this, is looking for those of you who are keen to form part of this project. If you are interested in any of the positions, please apply.
Misión
The Project Manager will provide support and communication between the construction office and worksite. Working with internal staff and subcontractors, follow up of the schedule, site coordination and quality of work to be executed on site. We are looking for someone with:
Funciones
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the different work disciplines on site. This also includes our subcontractor’s work.
Schedule follow-up and the accomplishments of goals
Supervise the various coordination between the trades
Cost Control and Ferrovial master knowledge
Monitor the Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures and their complete application on site
Supervising the overall Project program, maintaining a lean and efficient team, with clear succession planning and handover procedures, through the design development and delivery.
Building teams, assessing competencies and ensuring efficient mobilization to the correct role; focusing on multi-disciplinary resources who can undertake different duties and are therefore most flexible to the changing needs of the works program,
Ensuring effective feedback and lessons learnt are captured and applied,
The efficient and appropriate programming of both the development and delivery phases of a project; balancing scope, cost, time and risk,
Review, check and challenge constraints, assumptions and solutions, to ensure CAPEX/OPEX efficiency and certainty of outcome.
Work closely with the MSPs to support controls, progress measurement, benchmarking, administration and the capitalization process.
Habilidades y experiencia
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering
7 years minimum in Construction Projects.
High level of English is a must
Extensive computer experience (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, BIM)
Good communication (oral and written) skills
Committed to the project success
