As a result of the negotiations held by GRUPO FERROVIAL, S.A. with a view to acquiring a significant holding in the share capital of one of the leading Polish construction firms, BUDIMEX, S.A., it is hereby notified that the shares representing the capital of this company acquired to date imply the ownership of 36.68% of share capital and 29.06% of the voting rights.
