Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE: Data Digitalization Manager will be part of the Digital Construction and Management Team in the US and Canada.

The Data Digital Manager will support the digitalization of the project processes in collaboration with the Project Digital Delivery Managers assisting and leading the implementation and standardization of the project processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in the DocSite/SharePoint implementation for the projects

• Collaborate and coordinate locally the implementation of digital procedures, tools and platforms to improve access and management of the information.  Procore implementation or any other platform selected

• Construction management platform configuration for all processes

• Promote standardization for all processes of the different departments

• Coordination with Spain Data Management Team

• Participate in the Reporting. Generation of Power BI panel for data visualization

• Document the processes implemented in the projects, guides and manuals. Collaborate in the development of information management procedures

• Provide Software Training to the projects. Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of the training program in collaborative tools and information systems of construction management

• Promote the digitalization culture

• Collaborate with the Project Digital Delivery Managers in the project digitalization  

MAIN SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years experienced

• Must have an in-depth working knowledge in leading meetings and teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

• Must be experienced in infrastructure projects

• 3+ years experienced in management roles

OTHER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Office 365 (intermediate / expert level)

• Office 365 SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, EDMS

• Excel and Power BI

• Procore
