* Controlar y gestionar los recursos materiales y equipos necesarios para la ejecución de la obra.
* Realizar el seguimiento del avance de la obra, identificando y resolviendo posibles desviaciones.
* Elaborar informes de seguimiento y progreso de la obra.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
* Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con la dirección de obra, los subcontratistas y otros stakeholders del proyecto.
* Participar en la gestión de la documentación de la obra (permisos, licencias, etc.).

Requisitos:**

* Formación Profesional (FP) en Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica, o Ingeniería Técnica de la Edificación (o similar). Se valorará positivamente formación superior.
* Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 años como Encargado/a de Obra en proyectos de edificación.
* Conocimientos sólidos de técnicas constructivas, normativas de edificación y seguridad laboral.
* Capacidad de interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
* Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y comunicación.
* Capacidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
* Conocimientos de informática a nivel usuario (paquete Office, AutoCAD).

About the role

The selected candidate will join the Planning and Control Department to ensure proper Segregation of Duties in critical business applications and IT tools, guaranteeing compliance with SOX regulations and the integrity of the Internal Control System over Financial Reporting (ICFR).

Key Responsibilities

• Definition, implementation and monitoring of the actions required concerning the Segregation of Duties in the company's most relevant Business Applications and IT tools, including:
  • Updating (and defining for new applications) the functional and technical matrices of segregation of duties for business applications and IT tools most relevant to SOX.
  • Defining and implementing solutions to eliminate/minimize the existence of segregation of duties conflicts in the systems.
  • Supervising (and implementing where they do not exist) the monitoring controls of profiles with conflicts.
  • Updating related procedures.
  • Analyzing segregation of duties conflicts arising from access to multiple applications and functions.
  • Participating in system projects with a significant impact on the segregation of duties.
  • Preparing reports for the Financial Directorate and the Audit Committee.
• Coordination and development of all activities of the Group's Internal Control System over Financial Reporting (ICFR), carried out in accordance with American SOX regulations, including:
  • Determine the scope of business processes and, together with the General Directorate of Systems Information, the applications that support those business processes. Update the scope at least on a semi-annually basis.
  • Coordinate the update/preparation of flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrices. Supporting corporate departments and businesses in consultations and internal control advice.

Job Description:

The HR Operations Specialist contributes to Cintra’s success by serving as the Subject Matter Expert of all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data quality and personnel information integrity and is relied on for their detail-oriented processes and analytical skills. You will be responsible for pulling, cleaning, and processing data from HRIS reports in order to verify the accuracy of our internal records. This position is also responsible for conducting new employee orientations, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, assisting with Payroll audits, and providing administrative support on immigration cases. Additionally, the HR Operations Specialist will have the opportunity to support a combination of corporate programs, policies, processes, and support in the execution in the areas of recognition, engagement, morale, communication, and team member wellness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

• Responsible for HR systems administration, performing data verifications and corrections when needed

• Ensures Data Quality and Data Integrity of employee records in all HRIS platforms.

• Develop and maintain HRIS technical and training documentation.

• Maintain organizational structure and hierarchy by processing, auditing, and troubleshooting employee life cycle changes within the HRIS

• Responsible for reporting activities, pulling reports, cleaning, and processing data to ensure consistency and accuracy of personnel information.

• Track HR metrics in Excel, such as interviews, new hires, promotions, turnover statistics, and ongoing maintenance of organizational charts for US and concession companies.

• Provides immediate support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leave of absences, compensation, payroll and assists to resolve any issues that may arise.

• Responsible for employee onboarding, processing of new hires and terminations, employee salary & status changes, and other updates in the payroll system, benefits management system, and other relevant systems

Payroll:

• Assist with payroll audits to identify discrepancies

• Partner with the Payroll department to answer questions and ensure the accuracy of information.

Benefits:

• Administration of benefits programs such as life, health, dental and vision insurance, retirement plans, vacation, leave of absence, employee assistance and wellness programs/activities for Cintra US and oversight of all concessions, including:

  • Serves as corporate contact for the annual 401k audits; files annual compliance testing and 5500 data. Work with the HR Manager and Head of HR on plan amendments as needed.

  • Work closely and effectively with Third Party Administration brokers, Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance carriers

  • Verify benefit eligibility data from all carries and audits insurance invoices for accuracy on a regular basis

  • Assist with benefit enrollment of new hires, annual insurance renewals and yearly open enrollment

• Ensures compliance with all ERISA, ACA, Federal, State & Local laws relating to Benefits & Leave of Absence administration

Visa Management:

• Initiate visa cases with immigration counsel and assist on projects related to non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings (H-1B Transfer, H-1B Extension, TN, L-1, E etc.) including paperwork requirements, gathering information, and reviewing information to ensure accuracy

• Responsible for and/or will assist with other special projects, initiatives, reports, and other duties as assigned; must be open and adaptive to learning and/or absorbing additional HR departmental duties as assigned

Position Description:

• Perform drainage designs and plan production of complex highways
• Performs design checks by consultants and subconsultants to Ferrovial
• Contributes to develop design optimizations
• Perform studies on applicable specifications for performing the specified work in the plans.
• Estimates of quantities (Including generation of quantities and performing Quality checks on quantities by consultants).
• Supports workload deadlines for on time submittals
• Assists on field observation work when necessary.
• Performs other duties as needed related to the scope of work described above.

Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering obtained from an accredited U.S. college or university, preferably one of the premier civil engineering programs in the U.S.
• 0-2 years of experience in the design of water resources, roadway drainage projects
• Registered E.I.T preferred.
• Must obtain a Professional Engineering (PE) registration.
• Knowledge and experience with MicroStation, Geopak drainage and/or Stormcad, and other applicable software common to the field of hydrology and hydraulics engineering, like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY8, etc.
• Demonstrated qualities of leadership and hard work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings and specifications.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

An entry-level professional in the field of Engineering. Stays in a three-year training period, including courses and participation with more senior management level supervision on different projects. Responsibilities and Duties:  

• Perform Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and ITS engineering design tasks for Tender and Detailed Design phase of projects 

• Work with both internal and external teams of experts and coordinate design activities between staff, external consultants, and clients  

• Review engineering information produced by internal and external consultant teams to ensure the design meets the different technical requirements of the project 

• Help ensure designs can be integrated into construction plans complying that the design is feasible for construction 

• Manage work through the planning and scheduling, as well as the review and approval of tasks to meet project deadlines 

• Estimate quantities of materials and develop specifications to determine project feasibility and implement design enhancements  

• Identify both schedule and quantities variances and develop recommendations for corrective action  

• Perform visits to the working site to oversee transport infrastructure activities 

• Prepare engineering reports about projects, including creating analytical two and three-dimensional models 

• Participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, and scheduling performance 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field 
• MS Degree with one-year experience acceptable.  

• 0-2+ years of experience in the design of highways, buildings and/or airports  

• Registered E.I.T preferred.  

• Must be on a track for attaining a Professional Engineering (PE) registration  

• Knowledge and experience with design software as AGI 32, and electrical, HVAC, CAD/MicroStation/BIM 3D applicable software common to the field of transportation engineering and airports 

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam pdf, and PowerPoint 

• Demonstrated qualities of leadership and hard work 

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings and specifications  

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment; an eagerness to learn and apply your engineering skills to develop creative problem-solving designs/ideas  

• Strong commitment to high standards, integrity, and ethics

About The Role

The selected candidate will join the Planning and Control Department at Ferrovial on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of accounting, administration, and internal control systems for the various corporate entities.
• Preparation of annual accounts, coordination, and monitoring of external audit work for the entities under their responsibility.
• Supervise and control the Group’s accounting closings to ensure compliance with group procedures and regulations.
• Supervise the preparation of all accounting and administrative information to be presented both internally and externally, and prepare the associated reports.
• Supervise the maintenance, evolution, and updating of information system tools related to the Group’s accounting data, and implement the development of related projects.
• Coordinate the activities of the team assigned to the position to ensure task effectiveness, as well as the required level of motivation and engagement in their development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a double degree in Business Administration and Law.
• Around 2–3 years of experience in multinational companies in financial departments, preferably performing functions in accounting, consolidation, reporting, and management control.
• High level of English (B2–C1).
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and IFRS.
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP Fidelio and SAP BPC.
• Advanced office IT skills.
• Communication and influencing skills, analytical and decision-making abilities, and collaboration.
