    We are a specialized company with high technical qualifications in the design, calculation, and execution of special foundations and ground treatments for both civil works and construction and Ferrovial Construction’s own operational resources, as well as working for external clients such as main contractors and engineering consultants.<\/p>\n \n\n\n

    Thanks to our experience and qualification, we offer considerable technical knowledge in geotechnical and field engineering works, optimizing the foundation solutions technically and economically for our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our Origin: Innovative Solutions in Foundations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Founded in 2011, Cimsa’s mission is to offer innovative, differentiating solutions for our clients in the special foundations market as leaders in carrying out especially difficult projects with the highest quality and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In January 2022, Cimsa was acquired by Ferrovial Construction; it was recognized as a highly specialized company in the special foundations market that was highly valued by its customers, thanks to the technical knowledge provided, delivering complete execution projects with efficient, innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
