Es, tambi\u00e9n, un territorio antiguo, que acumula restos de glaciaciones prehist\u00f3ricas. <\/p>\n    \n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s de 2.700 lagos, unidos entre s\u00ed por canales y r\u00edos, forman un complejo de agua y naturaleza que ocupa todo el norte de Polonia y se adentra en Lituania, llegando a rozar Kaliningrado. Una inmensa tierra al este del V\u00edstula en el que las ciudades de los hombres parecen tener poco que decir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, sin embargo, lo hacen. Cada una a un extremo, Ostr\u00f3da y Elk controlan el distrito de Masuria. All\u00ed, la ingenier\u00eda da forma al futuro, sin olvidar la historia de la tierra sobre la que se asienta. La nueva circunvalaci\u00f3n de Ostr\u00f3da y su conexi\u00f3n con la carretera S7, que suman menos de 20 kil\u00f3metros de longitud, son, de hecho, todo un hito t\u00e9cnico. Se trata de un puente extradosado, una infraestructura a medio camino entre los puentes atirantados y los de viga caj\u00f3n pretensada. As\u00ed, sus pilares se hunden en la tierra de los lagos, mientras sus tirantes parecen querer levantarlo del suelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En total, el puente de Ostr\u00f3da salva una distancia de 677 metros distribuida en cuatro vanos. Dos de ellos alcanzan los 206 metros de longitud, un r\u00e9cord europeo para esta categor\u00eda de viaducto. Un r\u00e9cord que vale tambi\u00e9n para acortar distancias en Polonia.
