    Tradicionalmente, las estrategias de negocio se construyen sobre la experiencia pasada y su extrapolaci\u00f3n hacia el futuro. Pero este enfoque es de poca utilidad cuando nos enfrentamos a una realidad incierta. <\/p>\n \n\n\n

    Con el objetivo de aprovechar los cambios disruptivos, hemos lanzado nuestro propio laboratorio empresarial<\/strong>: Venture Lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Su misi\u00f3n es dise\u00f1ar y construir nuevos modelos de negocio<\/strong> en \u00e1reas en las que, debido a la alta incertidumbre, se hace necesario aplicar un enfoque \u00e1gil basado en la exploraci\u00f3n del mercado y la experimentaci\u00f3n antes de que el modelo sea escalable.
