    Doctora en Econom\u00eda y Derecho por la Universidad de Maastricht, con becas en el Consorcio Escandinavo de Investigaci\u00f3n Organizativa (SCANCOR), la Universidad de Stanford, la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Berkeley y la Facultad de Derecho de Columbia. Es licenciada en Econom\u00eda Internacional y Derecho por la Universidad de Maastricht. Directora de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y Cumplimiento Normativo y Secretaria del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Ferrovial SE desde 2024. Actualmente, preside el Consejo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Holandesa de Asesores Internos (NGB) y es miembro del Consejo de Supervisi\u00f3n y del Comit\u00e9 de Auditor\u00eda de CARE Netherlands. Anteriormente, ocup\u00f3 los cargos de Consejera General en Lumicks, Consejera General Adjunta en ASML y Directora de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos en Philips Personal Health, y fue asociada senior en el bufete de abogados De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
