class=\"intro\">El proyecto de la Loop 12 de Webber se sit\u00faa en Irving, Texas. Consiste en la nueva construcci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de carriles existentes para cuatro carreteras principales: Loop 12, SH 114, SH 183 y SS 482.<\/p>\n    \n\n\n<p>El proyecto consiste en la <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/\">reconstrucci\u00f3n de 15,4 kil\u00f3metros de la SL 12 en Dallas,<\/a> incluida la renovaci\u00f3n de las intersecciones existentes entre cuatro carreteras principales: la estatal Loop 12, la estatal Spur 482, y las estatales 114 y 183.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto incluye la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>32 puentes nuevos<\/strong>, muros y pavimento de hormig\u00f3n, la ampliaci\u00f3n de los carriles principales existentes y las v\u00edas de servicio. Tambi\u00e9n se incluyen obras de nivelaci\u00f3n, estabilizaci\u00f3n de subrasante, drenaje, agua, alcantarillado, explanaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, iluminaci\u00f3n, ITS, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, marcas viales, paisajismo e irrigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto incluye operaciones pioneras, no s\u00f3lo para Webber, sino tambi\u00e9n para la regi\u00f3n. El equipo del proyecto present\u00f3 propuestas de ingenier\u00eda que nos permitieron encontrar formas m\u00e1s eficientes de construir el proyecto. Esto permiti\u00f3 al equipo acelerar la construcci\u00f3n, combinar fases y completar el proyecto antes de lo previsto. Procesos como la colocaci\u00f3n de grandes vigas, operaciones de gr\u00faa en t\u00e1ndem y muros de clavos en el suelo autoejecutados fueron s\u00f3lo algunas de las habilidades que el equipo de Loop 12 aprendi\u00f3 para cumplir los plazos y ajustarse al presupuesto. El proyecto exigi\u00f3 una alta habilidad t\u00e9cnica, innovaci\u00f3n y capacidad de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas complejos. El \u00e9xito de un proyecto depend\u00eda de la capacidad y la coordinaci\u00f3n de los equipos para garantizar que todas las tareas se ejecutasen con eficiencia y eficacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La duraci\u00f3n prevista del proyecto es de 36 meses, y el primer hito se logr\u00f3 al completar la obra civil de los p\u00f3rticos de peaje de la SH 114 y los planes de la carretera de peaje SL12 dentro de los 90 d\u00edas posteriores al inicio de la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto se licit\u00f3 con una propuesta A + B, considerando el coste y la planificaci\u00f3n. Este m\u00e9todo de propuesta contribuye a reducir el tiempo que el tr\u00e1fico se ver\u00e1 afectado por las obras y, a su vez, mantiene un precio de oferta reducido. El proyecto ahorrar\u00e1 tiempo a los viajeros mejorando las conexiones y evitando los atascos que suelen observarse durante las horas punta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/m-wysiwig>\n\n\n    <m-gallery
