Los andamios, iluminados, destacan contra un fondo de mil tonos de verde. <\/p>\n    \n\n\n<p>Y as\u00ed, poco a poco, el viaducto de R\u00edo Sucio va tomando forma. Con sus <strong>660 metros de longitud,<\/strong> vanos de 120 metros y una altura de hasta 45 metros sobre el curso de agua, este puente es una de las piezas centrales de la Ruta del Cacao, un nuevo corredor entre Bucaramanga y Barrancabermeja que conectar\u00e1 los departamentos de Santander y Antioquia con el r\u00edo Magdalena, la gran autopista fluvial de Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remodelaci\u00f3n, renovaci\u00f3n de firme y nueva creaci\u00f3n de un corredor de una longitud aproximada de 152,95 km de doble carril por sentido, entre Bucaramanga and Barrancabermeja por parte de Ferrovial Construcci\u00f3n. Apertura prevista 2021. Una mole de 160.000 kilos de acero y 7.900 metros c\u00fabicos de hormig\u00f3n. Partiendo de cualquiera de los extremos del puente, la Ruta del Cacao pronto abandona las alturas para enterrarse bajo tierra. El viaducto conecta los t\u00faneles de La Paz (3,2 kil\u00f3metros) y La Sorda (2,2 kil\u00f3metros), formando un equipo a tres que da sentido a la infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, a lo largo de sus 152 kil\u00f3metros de longitud, la Ruta del Cacao es m\u00e1s que un paso sobre el R\u00edo Sucio y dos agujeros en la tierra. Cuando est\u00e9 concluida la obra, la autopista de doble carril cruzar\u00e1 otros 33 puentes y viaductos y conectar\u00e1 dos puntos importantes del este de Colombia, hasta ahora unidos por una sinuosa carretera de monta\u00f1a. A su vez, unir\u00e1 Santander con el noreste del pa\u00eds y con el corredor de comunicaci\u00f3n con Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la boca del t\u00fanel de La Paz, la vista se pierde entre el bosque santandereano, que compite en protagonismo con los pilares del viaducto de R\u00edo Sucio. M\u00e1s all\u00e1, m\u00e1s monta\u00f1as, cada vez m\u00e1s bajas, cada vez m\u00e1s c\u00e1lidas, hasta tocar Barrancabermeja y el aire espeso que rodea el r\u00edo Magdalena.
