Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
The position of Scheduler supports the project teams in the planning, development, and updating of the bid schedules, baseline schedules, and monthly updates for project schedules.
What You Will Do:

Provide training for planning/scheduling practices and P6 software support.

Support the development & approval of the baseline schedule.

Assist the project team to identify risks and opportunities during the initial planning and execution of the project.

Support the project team with the monthly update process – update actuals, update plan, and narrative.

Review & provide analysis & comments on schedule quality, best practices, and compliance per the contract.

Consolidate and report on schedule data for operations management review.

Assist project team with delay or claim management in the schedule (Time Impact Analysis)

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar is required

1+ years of experience in project scheduling

2 – 4 years' total experience in the construction industry

Proficient using Primavera P6 software developing and managing schedules

Proficiency in critical path methodology to ensure, and communicate, timely delivery of milestone tasks

Ability to create and prepare logical Work Breakdown Structure using WBS and activity codes in P6 to effectively build, optimize, and track the plan in P6

Experience using Deltek Acumen Fuse a plus

Buscamos un Ingeniero Técnico en Topografía para unirse a nuestro equipo, responsable de la ejecución y supervisión de los trabajos topográficos en proyectos de construcción civil y edificación, asegurando la precisión y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Funciones:
* Realizar levantamientos topográficos, replanteos y control geométrico en obra para proyectos de infraestructura lineal (carreteras, ferrocarriles), edificaciones y obras hidráulicas.
* Manejar y mantener equipos topográficos de alta precisión (estaciones totales, GPS/GNSS, niveles automáticos y digitales, escáneres láser).
* Procesar y analizar datos topográficos utilizando software especializado (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MDT, Topcal, etc.).
* Elaborar planos topográficos, perfiles longitudinales y transversales, cubicaciones y certificaciones de obra.
* Colaborar con los jefes de obra, encargados y demás personal técnico para la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.
* Garantizar la correcta aplicación de las tolerancias y especificaciones técnicas del proyecto.

Requisitos del Puesto:
* Formación
Título de Ingeniero Técnico en Topografía, Grado en Ingeniería Geomática y Topografía, o equivalente.

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a BIM proactivo/a y con experiencia para dar soporte en la implementación y gestión de la metodología BIM en nuestros proyectos de construcción en la región de Valladolid. El/la candidato/a ideal contribuirá activamente a la optimización de procesos y a la mejora de la eficiencia a través del uso de herramientas BIM.
Funciones:
* Modelado BIM de diferentes disciplinas (arquitectura, estructuras, instalaciones) según los requisitos del proyecto y los estándares BIM.
* Colaboración en la coordinación de modelos BIM entre las distintas disciplinas, identificando y resolviendo interferencias (clash detection).
* Generación de documentación técnica a partir de modelos BIM (planos, mediciones, reportes).
* Soporte técnico y formación interna sobre software y metodología BIM al equipo de proyecto.
* Verificación de la calidad y cumplimiento de los estándares BIM en los modelos desarrollados por terceros.
* Participación en la definición y mejora de los flujos de trabajo y estándares BIM internos.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced Transmission Engineer to join our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) team in Australia. The successful candidate will lead the preparation, coordination and submission of accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of T&D infrastructure projects including overhead lines, substations, underground cable and related civil and electrical works.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of T&D construction, excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement and commercial teams throughout all stages of the tendering process in a multinational company.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Lead the development of detailed cost estimates for T&D projects from early feasibility through to final tender submission: HV and EHV transmission lines, distribution networks, and/or substation infrastructure (typically 66 kV–500 kV).

Analyse engineering drawings, design calculations, specifications, and tender documents to determine required cost elements.

Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.

Conduct feasibility studies, route selection, risk assessments, and constructability reviews.

Ensure compliance with Australian standards (AS/NZS), National Electricity Rules (NER), utility guidelines, and safety regulations.

Support procurement activities, including technical evaluations and vendor engagement.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced High Voltage Transmission Line Design Engineer to lead the design and delivery of overhead transmission line projects across Australia. You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, compliance with Australian standards, and successful project execution from concept to construction along with cost optimization.

- Lead and/or supervise the design of high voltage overhead transmission lines (132kV–500kV).

Responsible for managing the day to day field operations to ensure the standards of the contract are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. The Zone Superintendent shares overall responsibility for operations and maintenance of the project. Verifies work, interprets the contract, and gives direction on schedules and subcontractor work. The Zone Superintendent works in collaboration with the Project Superintendent to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of a services plan consistent with the identified needs of the client and the contract.

Job Description:
- Managing the projects’ hydrology and hydraulics including flood risk studies, cross and longitudinal drainage design, and storm water management;
- Managing the project’s water quality and water detention studies and design;
- Managing design consultant’s drainage teams to meet the Request for Proposal requirements;
- Identifying objectives and formulating optimizations for the concepts of the project;
- Evaluating alternatives to develop solutions and foresee future problems;
- Preparing technical design documentation, verifying calculations, working with external design teams, and leading the development of all drainage, hydraulic and hydrological-related issues of the bid and technical submission proposal documentation in accordance with Ferrovial Group’s goals Participating in the planning and scheduling of work, as well as the review and approval of tasks to meet bid deadlines
- Participating in meetings with key stakeholders
- Ensuring drainage designs can be integrated into construction plans and that the design is feasible for construction
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid and construction processes
- Determining construction quantities to be used for the pricing of the proposal, and developing a winning proposal from a technical standpoint
Job Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering obtained from an accredited U.S. college or university, preferably one of the premier civil engineering programs in the U.S.
- 2-5 years of experience in the design of freeways, interstate highways, and interchanges.
- Knowledge and experience with MicroStation, Geopak drainage and/or Stormcad, and other applicable software common to the field of hydrology and hydraulics engineering, like HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HY8, etc.
- Demonstrated qualities of leadership and hard work.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings and specifications.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment; an eagerness to learn and apply your engineering skills to develop creative problem-solving designs/ideas.
