Job Description:

A Human Resources Trainee contributes to Cintra’s success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources department, striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. This is an opportunity to be exposed to different areas in HR, which means we require a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Audits & Compliance: Play a part in supporting initiatives to ensure accuracy within our benefits, assist in updates to our policies, work on special projects HRIS related (Workday).

  • Department Alignment: Help with internal projects to drive inner department efficiency such as contributing to consistency in the documentation of our processes and procedures.

  • Talent & Learning: Coordinate communications and logistics for our graduate program campaigns, contribute towards internal training initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement: Be part of the planning and execution of initiatives with the mission to give back to the community, reward our employees and support a well-balanced healthy work environment. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business-Related Degree.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel) – desire to improve!

  • Communicates clearly and positively.

  • Learns from feedback and from previous errors.

  • Ethical and caring, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Flexibility to relocate is a plus+
