Job Description:

Objective
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of various, small to medium scale enterprise software systems. She or he will be performing project administration, project tracking, reporting and other team-related activities. This position demands a high degree of time management organizational and communication skills, proficiency with stakeholder management, demonstrated the ability to deliver successful completion of projects. Actively proposing project delivery process improvements, time management and organizational skills and work with senior project manager to continuously improvement of project management processes and methodology.

Regular Job Duties

• Maintain project status, provide weekly status reports, and other admin tasks as needed
• Coordination and facilitation of meetings
• Provide clear and accurate communication, promoting project visibility to stakeholders
• Develop, plan and maintain complex project plans schedules
• Define and validate any applicable requirements/specifications, milestones, deliverables, and success measures within the project scope
• Identify, document, and manage risks, mitigation strategies, plan activities, dependencies, impacts, escalation channels, financial budget, and detailed project documentation.
• Manage SOW through project lifecycle to ensure all contracted deliverables have been achieved
• Document and manage the resolution project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations
• Coach, mentor, and supervise junior Project Managers
• Leads team in project planning
• Act as a subject Matter Expert on IT identified topics for systems implemented
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing projects of varying sizes
• 5 years of experience in Construction industry business processes
• 5 years of experience in the use and/or the implementation of software products used in Constructions industry
• Technical IT understanding of database, reporting, and integration methodologies is a plus
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (2-6 months on average).
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision making, and prioritization skills
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness
• Sense of organization, discipline
• Demonstrated positive and engaging relationship with project team and customers.
