Job Description:

Qualifications:

• The prospective candidate must have at least a bachelor degree with five (5) years’ experience in planning and project management preferably in IT/physical security/electric/construction industry

• At least 5 years of Project Management or Project Coordinator experience

• At least 5 years of low voltage, structured cabling and End devices (ACS/CCTV/WIFI/DAS/Radio) Airport experience

• Very structured and detail orientated individual with excellent prioritization skills while juggling between Client, Contractor and management

• Strategic thinker and problem solver who has demonstrated a track record of delivering quality projects within budget and on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification preferred. Design and Build Project’s experience PANYNJ’s projects experience

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and coordinate with team members and varying dependent organizations to ensure successful on time completion of Structured Cabling and End devices packages

• Ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with the approved design, applicable standards and PANYNJ guidelines and in coordination with the Master System Integration (MSI)

• Lead coordination and integration of the systems on the test lab with the Master System Integration (MSI)

• Prepare reports for the customer/client and upper management regarding ongoing daily progress status of project at all times

• Facilitate communication between the customer/client, D&B Contractor, the technical crews, vendors and affiliate subcontractors

• Will work with Project Controls team on all job costing and schedule reporting

• Help, support and provides expertise to other project team members
