Functions key to success:
- Main PoC for all technical, functional and operational aspects associated with Central Tolling Systems

Incident and Change request priorization, triaging and delivery.
-
Top issue Identification and analysis.
-
Performance pattern and anomalies identification and corrective/mitigating action proposal and evaluation.
-
Develops, maintains, communicates, and escalates key focus points and next steps with appointed vendor and concession contacts.
-
Manages projects for improvements in the operations, from initiation through delivery, including the generating of schedules, monitoring progress, managing change control, managing risks and issues.

Internal customer interaction management.
-
Definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans for the O&M service with the final goal of optimizing the execution of monitoring and operations and minimizing risks.
Functional Profile:
-
Defines and implements procedures and methodologies for the monitoring and management of the operations. Make sure that these documents are updated periodically to meet organization standards.

Supervise that external vendor follow the procedures and methodologies implemented for the service.
-
Makes sure that SLAs for the service are fulfilled, taking corrective measures when needed.

Analytical skills, negotiation and business vision.

Business Minded, Costumer Focus, Result Driven, Analysis Making, Communication and Influence, Collaboration, Flexibility and Work capacity in changing environment and sometimes with high level of pressure.
Typical workday includes:
- Leading or participating in technical discussions of incidents or service request.

Participation in daily system monitoring review meetings.
-
Implementing Process improvement activities and other enhancements.
-
Propose and discuss operational improvements and patterns.

Facilitate customer’s requests such as
-
Configuration change validations and executions.
-
Collecting information from System's Databases.
-
Analyze systems' performance data. Identify patterns and actions required.
-
Report on alarms.
-
Implement critical fixes.
-
Present evidence to the concession on fixes or changes requests.
-
Generate requirements together with the concession and work on the design of coda changes required.
-
Evaluate revenue impacts of actions requested by the concession or originated in incidents.
-
Provide Root Cause Analysis on Issues.
-
Evaluate traffic patterns in the context of systems KPIs.
-
Monitor SLAs, identify patterns and propose corrective measures.
-
Monitor maintenance activities.
-
Identify potential risks to the operability of the systems and propose actions.
-
Maintain business relationship with vendors.
What you bring to the table:
You have worked hard to achieve success in your educational career, now put it to use. If you have an associate degree, ITIL or other operation focused certification will be a plu. Do you have at least 5+ years of experience in Software Development and IT environments operations, DBA and Devops. If the answer is yes, you can check off another box.
Additionally, experience in back-office systems is highly preferred.

Finally, in a technology-driven world, it is important to know your way around a computer. For this role, it will be important to know the following:

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree. (ITIL or other operation focused certifications will be a plus).

At least 3-5 years of experience on implementation and operation of Toll Collection Systems (including dynamic tolling).
-
IT and monitoring tools for operations knowledge.
-
Bilingual English and Spanish.
-
Knowledge of AI applications for operations improvements, like use of bots for task automatization, ML for abnormality monitoring detection or computing vision for vehicle detection.
-
ITC concepts and on Agile methodologies are also valuable.
Our working environment:

Our office is typically quiet with low noise levels; however, you will often hear employees laughing and talking amongst themselves. Effective communication will be key for this role and will require you to talk and hear others. You will probably spend a majority of your time sitting and/or walking around the office, whether to visit a co-worker or make it to a meeting on time and there may be occasional long hours to put in if you are diligently working to complete a project and finish a report. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus, as necessary to use a computer. There could be a time when you may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, but not very often. Finally, there will be some travel that will be required.
