Job Description:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with talented professionals, and make a real-time impact on our business. The Senior Program Manager will also manage programs and lead complex projects from start to finish. Additionally, you will utilize strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills while motivating others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on long-term vision and multi-year program strategy, collaborating with product management and engineering team/leadership

  • Monitor, analyze, and document performance of contributing partners via KPIs and SLAs

  • Connect the (operational) dots to achieve desired business outcomes

  • Coordinates and aligns teams and their inter-dependencies

  • Establishes, communicates, and manages program priorities

  • Aligns and informs stakeholders of program's status and health

  • Leads program meetings and program reviews with the customer and executive stakeholders

  • Actively support the Business Development team in bidding and capturing opportunities

  • Set the bar for program execution by ensuring optimal and effective operational cadences, with an emphasis on proactive risk management

  • Multitask on various projects while ensuring quality and customer service

  • Influence decisions and lead teams

  • Focus on continuously delivering business and operational value – track, trend, analyze business metrics to drive actionable operational improvements and enhancements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience in lieu

  • 7 to 12+ years’ experience in project and program management

  • Project/Program Management or Management experience including the coordination of multiple teams in a technology systems environment

Professional Qualities:

  • Progressive experience with a results-oriented growth company

  • Supports the creation and maintenance of product requirements

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Analytical and strategic thinking ability; leadership skills; very strong work ethic as well as trustworthiness and high integrity

  • Experience working with government agencies

  • Be able to work independently with the ability to use sound judgement and interface with cross-functional disciplines

  • Ability to effectively articulate vision/mission to team

  • Commitment to providing process improvements which will enhance individual and company performance

  • Strong focus on teamwork and being a team player

  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership

  • Experience working on products with a global footprint

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred

  • Familiarity with a variety of platforms such as Smartsheet, Zendesk, and Grafana

  • Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially as to Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and other PC based programs
