Summary

The position of Structural Bridge Design Engineer is responsible for the design and construction changes for all Structural/Bridge Plans. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the design change process for structural operations.

• Review design plans for structural road works and make appropriate changes as necessary for constructability.

• Provide solutions to technical design challenges.

• Determine calculations for engineering.

• Coordinate with construction management to support of construction activities.

• Create or modify structural highway plans using MicroStation and other technologies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to get licensed in the near future preferred.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility in similar positions.

• Proficient in MicroStation, GEOPAK, AutoCAD, and other applicable design software.
