Job Description:

Supervisor de Obras Civiles

Objetivo del rol:

• Supervisar y coordinar en terreno la ejecución de obras civiles, garantizando el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas, estándares de seguridad, calidad, plazos y uso eficiente de los recursos.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Supervisar directamente la ejecución de cimentaciones, estructuras, drenajes, urbanización y terminaciones.
• Coordinar diariamente con jefatura, subcontratistas, equipos de trabajo y topografía.
• Verificar interpretación de planos, cumplimiento de especificaciones y aplicación de normativas.
• Controlar cubicaciones, rendimientos y recursos materiales/humanos.
• Asegurar medidas de seguridad y medioambiente, gestionando permisos y checklists.
• Elaborar reportes técnicos (diarios, semanales y mensuales) y validar avances para certificaciones/facturación.
• Participar en reuniones de planificación, control de avance y proponer soluciones técnicas ante desviaciones.

Requisitos Académicos

• Excluyente: Técnico Nivel Superior en Construcción/Obras Civiles o carrera afín.
• Deseable: Ingeniería en Construcción, Ingeniería Civil u otra similar.
• Educación media completa (mínimo).

Conocimientos y Herramientas

• MS Office intermedio (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• AutoCAD intermedio; lectura de planos.
• Software de planificación (MS Project, Primavera – deseable).
• Plataformas de control de avance (Procore, PlanRadar – deseable).

Certificaciones Relevantes

• Curso básico en Prevención de Riesgos (excluyente).
• Capacitación en normativa de seguridad (DS N°594 y Ley 16.744).
• Cursos en Supervisión de OOCC y herramientas digitales (deseables).
   

Competencias Clave

• Dominio de técnicas constructivas y normativa chilena (NCh, OGUC).
• Control de calidad en terreno y análisis de productividad.
• Capacidad de interpretación avanzada de planos.
• Gestión de costos operacionales y recursos.
• Comunicación efectiva, liderazgo de equipos y orientación a resultados.

Experiencia

• Mínimo 5 años en ejecución de obras civiles.
• Al menos 3 años en supervisión de terreno.
• Experiencia en infraestructura, edificación o vialidad (al menos un área requerida).
• Deseable participación en proyectos de gran envergadura con estándares internacionales.
