What will the role involve?
This Graduate Engineer role sits within a vibrant highway and rivers engineering team based in Belfast. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting schemes including:
Highways, Bridge and Geotechnical Design
Bridge Assessment and Inspection
NEC 3/4 Contract Preparation and Supervision
Building Information Modelling (BIM)

We are looking for innovative, forward thinking graduates who will help propel our business forward and become our future leaders. You’ll also have:
Minimum 2.2 – MEng/MSc degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline, or working towards a Masters (or equivalent) A keen interest in highways / rivers engineering
Commitment to studying towards chartership
Strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Full driving license – available to work throughout Ireland & UK as required to meet work requirements
Prepared to work flexible hours if required
Desirable to have the following:
Knowledge of highway design standards (DMRB) / contract standards (MCHCW)
Knowledge / use of highway / drainage /rivers design software, including Civil 3D, Microdrainage
Knowledge of BIM level 2 and associated standards
Familiar with Employers Information Requirements and BIM Execution Plan and their requirements
Experience of working within a Common Data Environment (CDE), including workflows
