JOB TITLE. HR (Graduate level)
REPORTS TO: Recruitment Manager
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Graduate who wish to be considered for our 2019 Graduate Programme
To provide first class administrative and generalist HR support to managers and employees of the Ferrovial Agroman UK business.
•Placing advertisements on web sites and liaising with recruitment agencies.
•Managing CVs submitted and doing an initial assessment of candidates compared to qualifications and competencies.
•Providing short lists to the Recruitment Manager and arranging interview schedules etc
•Producing necessary approval documentation
•Producing offer letters and terms of engagement
•Conducting interviews when appropriate.
•Supporting the new starter process and contributing to the delivery of new joiner induction.
•Administration and maintenance of HR database and systems, ensuring that staff movements and changes are captured in a timely manner.
•Supporting the development of an HR framework for the business including designing forms, processes, systems and templates.
•Supporting the HR Director and management team in all aspects of HR as required.
•Promoting company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts.
•A degree in HR or B.A.
•Ambitions to develop a career in HR
•Sufficiently numerate and computer literate to carry out role
•Able to efficiently organize themselves and others and work to deadlines
•High levels of initiative
•Good communication skills especially on the telephone
•Excellent administrative and organization skills

•Experience of working in an international organization
