The role

•Responsible for the analysis and reporting of the cost status of the works
•Maintaining the PRISM Cost Management database for the Project, and checking that forecast and budgeted costs, align with cost flows data for Earned Value purposes.
•Prepare and validate, cost, forecast, trend and AFC reports
•Interfacing with contract administration on contract issues and status of changes. Providing assistance with assessment of changes.
•Design and manage process flow for reports production and review
•Adhere to the Project Quality Plan and Integrate Management System (IMS)
•Maintain KPIs records along with trend analysis

Key accountabilities

•Ability to interpret and manipulate complex data from various different platforms and systems.
•Expert level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Good knowledge of Primavera P6 planning software.
•Good knowledge of finance systems ideally COINS.
•Advanced knowledge in using PRISM G2.
•Advanced knowledge in cost management
