REPORTS TO: Project Director
To ensure the timely delivery of accurate project management information for our clients and internal company reporting.
•To provide project management information, in terms of reports and project specific metrics as required by the business and external clients.
•To liaise closely with the appointed person on each department to ensure projects information is captured and monitored.*
•To provide earned value information of projects in line with the requirements stipulated by our clients, liaising with Commercial and Planning departments to do so.*
•To develop/refine the appropriate systems and procedures to deliver our services to the client.
•To act as the key interface with Commercial and Planning departments to ensure appropriate project controls are maintained.
•To present information at management and client meetings
•To manage the Project Control team.
•To promote company values in all dealing with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts.
Skills & experience
•Chartered level qualification in a construction / engineering discipline
•Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
•Knowledgeable about current trends and developments in project management
•Exceptional IT literacy skills
•Diplomatic, yet challenging, has an ability to work to tight deadlines
•Creative, flexible and open to new ways of achieving results.
•Proven track record on large scale international civil engineering projects.
•Spanish language skills
•Experience of working in an international organization
