We have a fantastic opportunity within our business for an ambitious and talented Recruitment Coordinator.

The role

JOB PURPOSE: To provide first class administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and to liase with potential candidates, agencies and Project staff.

•Placing advertisements on web sites and liasing with recruitment agencies.
•Managing CVs submitted and doing an initial assessment of candidates compared to qualifications and competencies.
•Providing short lists to the Recruitment Manager and arranging interview schedules etc
•Producing necessary approval documentation
•Producing offer letters and terms of engagement
•Conducting interviews when appropriate.

•Excellent English language skills
•Sufficiently numerate and computer literate to carry out role
•Able to efficiently organize themselves and others and work to deadlines
•Good communication skills
•Excellent administrative and organization skills

•Experience of working in an international organisation
•HR qualification
•Recruitment/HR experience
