Desde Cadagua, Filial del Grupo Ferrovial Construcción, buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Puesta en Marcha con experiencia en plantas de tratamiento de agua para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid. Se busca garantizar la correcta puesta en marcha de plantas de tratamiento de agua (EDAR, ETAP, IDAM), asegurando que todos los sistemas y equipos funcionen conforme a los requisitos técnicos, operativos y de seguridad establecidos, contribuyendo al éxito del proyecto y a la satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones:

•    Llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha en base al alcance del proyecto. 
•    Planificar y ejecutar las tareas necesarias para la puesta en servicio de la instalación.
•    Gestionar con anticipación los posibles riesgos durante el proceso de instalación, conexionado y puesta en marcha de los equipos/planta.
•    Resolver los problemas e inconvenientes que durante las fases de instalación y puesta en marcha puedan surgir. 
•    Probar y poner en marcha el equipo para garantizar que funcione correctamente. Diagnóstico de averías Resolución de incidencias y ejecución de reparaciones.
•    Revisión y parametrización de equipos, componentes eléctricos y automatismos e instrumentación.
•    Realizar pruebas de validación de software en planta. Ajustar y depurar programas durante la fase de puesta en marcha.
•    Supervisión y coordinación de los trabajos de puesta en marcha de las empresas colaboradoras (subcontratistas).
•    Supervisión de la correcta instalación y conexión de equipos por parte de la empresa colaboradora conforme a los parámetros requeridos del fabricante.
•    Documentar las pruebas realizadas en los protocolos e informes generados para el proyecto.
•    Instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de equipos e instalaciones.
•    Disponibilidad para viajar, principalmente a aeropuertos dentro del territorio nacional.
•    Dar soporte durante todo el proceso de instalación

Requisitos:

•    Técnico Superior en Electricidad o Electrónica industrial, automatización o similar.
•     Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesta en marcha de plantas de tratamiento de agua (ETAP, EDAR, IDAM).
•     Conocimientos en instrumentación y control, incluyendo PLC (Siemens, Rockwell), SCADA y redes de comunicación industrial.
•     Capacidad para interpretar diagramas de flujo, esquemas eléctricos y planos de proceso.
•     Habilidades para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones en entornos dinámicos.
•     Disponibilidad para viajar.
•    Nivel de inglés B2 o superior (valorable).
•     Carnet de conducir B.
•     Se valorará experiencia en manejo de herramientas de diseño (AutoCAD) y software de gestión de proyectos.
•     Proactividad, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

FC Civils Solutions is an engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group.  It is the largest private transport infrastructure operator in the world in terms of capital invested with a workforce of approximately 96,000 employees, and a presence across 15 countries with over 60 years’ experience.  We are a Spanish multinational company operating in 4 divisions; Airports, Highways, Construction and Building subsidiaries.  Ferrovial are committed to developing sustainable and innovative solutions, with the aim to create value for society, and for clients, investors and employees. Ferrovial Construction Ltd UK has 6 major Infrastructure projects across the UK; HS2, Silvertown (STT), Heathrow (Q6), Thames Tideway (TTT), Northern Line Extension (NLE) and Farringdon.  

We will look to bring turnkey building & civil solutions, as well as a provision for general construction needs to our Group’s companies’ projects within the UK.  These projects span from airfield works (taxiways, runways, stands), to civils (roads, demolition works, underground and above ground structures), and MEP packages (services tunnels, lifts, life safety systems, fuel/fire mains).

The role

The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.

They will deliver multiple on-going projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.

The post-holder will work closely with the Commercial Department, engineers and surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
