The $23.1 million
project improved the structural and mechanical primary clarifiers, thickeners,
equalization basins, final clarifiers, and chlorine contact basins. The project
team also built a new electrical building (MCC-2), Scum Concentrator
Building, primary electrical
distribution switches, and improved the electrical distribution system.
